Ooh okay, so when you use the term "here" it means you are referring to the Philippines

Anyone who can read at an 8 year old level would understand that isn't the case.

No regrets, if the Philippines all goes to hell tomorrow ( I seriously doubt it), then it was a great time, that I very much enjoyed while it lasted.

There are plenty of alternative Countries in the region.

For instance we could all move to Cambodia and annoy our own HNIC.   :bar:  :welcome2:  :drink:

I haven't heard the term HNIC in many years. I didn't even know the Brits used it.  :baseballbat:

HNIC is more of a Canadian thing...

And if you are a "foody" you will just want to kill yourself.

Indeed.  This is the one reason that I sort of look forward to my frequent business trips.  But after giving the death option some very serious consideration I decided to simply adjust.  And think about my next trip...

We don't. I picked it up here, like a bad habit.

I'm off to London to enjoy a couple of weeks R 'n R. Put some weight back on, recharge my corporate batteries and kick some ass.

I have decided the best course of action with all of this "change" for me personally, being I really own nothing here and care little for the "things" i have accumulated while here, is to:

 1) keep my eyes and ears wide open and my mouth somewhat shut.. make no hasty decisions based on a single or repeated source

2) do not believe all I hear and only half of what I see

3) keep a fund called "get the feck out of dodge" and have a game plan

4)... umm.. enjoy the shit out of being here

oh wait... that was my plan all along
