Any idea which snake this is, its the 4 th one i see in the past 5 weeks

That's a reticulated Python. Not venomous, but unsafe when close to small warm blooded critters, including pets and even children. Commonly found in trees as well. We have them close by as the feas

Il come here 12 years, never seen one, 4 dead/ and one alive in my basement .. in 5 weeks

I should teach the locals to eat them..

Could be this if the photo is over exposed. The belly does look rather yellow. Looking at the concrete lines its young/tiny compared with this

Toshi, it is a striped bronzeback snake.

They are totally harmless to people and eat small rodents, amphibians, reptiles and insects.

Could be this if the photo is over exposed. The belly does look rather yellow. Looking at the concrete lines its young/tiny compared with this

Hyaku, No, it's not that one. I think Headshot nailed it with striped bronzeback.

The photo you posted is of a Naja samarensis (Samar Cobra), found in other parts of the Philippines also, not just Samar.

Slightly off topic but this was found recently here. They claim its the only white frog here and are trying to get some sort of protection.
