fred42 2,468
We might build a pool in the future..I was never really keen before because of all the maintenance required and the expense of consumables like Chlorine and acid etc.. I was talking to an Aussie the other day and he says he has a salt water, sand filter system..He just adds salt as required so that sparked my interest..He did tell me that the pump needs to run a lot so that enough salt converts to chlorine depending on the usage load.. That made me wonder about if it could be powered by solar panels directly to an inverter so it could run all day.. Youtube to the rescue again..
