Sorry for that. Let me give some FREE info since I am in the spirit of sharing.

It is easy to tap into a hot wire using 563 run tap Insulation Displacement Connectors no need to cut into the wire. Just place the connector over the wire and squeeze it tight.

3M™ Scotchlok™ Insulation Displacement Connector - Training - Minute 1:00

I suggest you tap before the meter and start off with a few circuits so not to make any noticeable spikes. If you get cause by VECO, just tell them you hired some guy that your gf/wife's uncle recommended to do the electrical work and he only charged you a bottle of tanduay.

Not even close  (philippines about 0.25 $)

In Sihanoukville, Cambodia, some people whom I personally know, are paying .50c US / kWh. The land owners are charging a fee on top of what the electric company does, and are making a killing off it.

Should all come out the same the only amount that is not per kWh

is metering charge and that is only 5 PHP

You're right I was just trying to make the point that 1. It's easier to do total instead of only the KWH rate. 2. It seems to be a fair shake for everyone.....not 11 for me and 9 for that one and 13 for this one.
