Does this story involve a broken down scooter and a farmers daughter in the provinces?

I stopped helping with this because I messed up in the second post. Ces' beginning is meant for inanimate objects rather than animate things. Sorry I got things off on the wrong foot!

Joe and Joe

Naay duha nga unggoy sa kakahoyan,Joe ug Joe.

(There were two monkeys in the jungle,Joe and Joe.)

Would'nt it be "Sila si Joe ug si Joe" ?

I am still learning also ..but I think it is important to know about the 3 classes of markers

A 1st Class Marker "marks" the TOPIC, or emphasized word, of the sentence.

Proper Nouns or Personal Names: Singular is Si , Plural is Sila Si.

Common Nouns: Singular Ang Plural: Ang mga

But the rules were that you had only three words! Hard to say anything in Cebuano/Bisaya in three words! LOLOLOL

That's right. 'si' is used before names. But not all the time. Sometimes you use 'kay'(means 'to' in English).

Proper nouns like names of places? You can't use 'si' before them, they're only for names of people or animals.

In the case of plurals. It's better to just write 'Sila Joe ug Joe'
