In an announcement, Cebu City's traffic management office said that at least 9 roads will be affected at the height of the anticipated street party: New Imus Road M.J. Cuenco Ave. Gen. Maxilom Ave. Fuente Osmeña Osmeña Blvd., all the way down to Cebu City Sports Complex R.R. Landon St. to the Entrance Gate of the Cebu City Sports Center passing the Sinulog Grandstand P. del Rosario St. exit gate N. Bacalso Ave. P. del Rosario St. Vehicles parked along the route will be cleared and towed starting January 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. right before the road closure. Free parking is provided at the SRP area near Saint Pedro Calungsod Templete. Public utility vehicles will also cater to passengers near the Maritima Building across the City Hall.
