Builder and Kitchen unit recommendation

I've tried E-Mailing a couple of Filipino companies I've seen on the web about Kitchen units, but I haven't had a reply.

 

So I'm looking to get advise on the planning and installation of a new kitchen at our Sentinel Condo in the Banilad area. I've seen the forum information on House Doctors, but wondered if anyone can recommend another good established building or kitchen installation company?

 

We are also looking to get other parts of the condo painted and hoping to hire someone that doesn't ask us for paint brushes when he turns up.
