Recommendations for using my smart phone in the US?

Is there a decent cell phone company there I can buy a sim and prepay a month or so for phone and data?  Or at least phone?  Tmobile or someone?

You need to go with AIO wireless it is 55 dollars to use a month for smart phones. 2Gigs of LTE and then it drops to 3G.  This is prepaid and no contract. Uses AT&T network.  Tmobile is your only other option yet unless you have a quad band data phone you will not have frequency 1700.  You must have that frequency or you are stuck on 2G and slow ass internet.

 

I am using AIO wireless on both my Myphone A919i and Samsung Phone/Tablet P-6200.

Is LTE the same as 4G?

We are gettiing HSPA speeds 5Mb down and 2 Mb up plenty fast enough and that is with AIO wireless. The whole 4G thing here is a mess if you ask me. Yet the 919i is using 4G
