Mike, as you may know, I am from the historic southern city of Savannah, Georgia.

 

There is a business called Savannah Slowride that uses similar vehicles.

 

They are manufactured, locally, in Savannah, by a company called Crawler Fabrications.

 

I don't really see this working out very well, in the Philippines, unless you had a deal going with groups of tours.

Where in Cebu would you want a slow ride in the open air in Cebu. Sensory over load of the very worse kind.
