JamesMusslewhite 14,317
been living in Surigao City for 5 years now. I love it here. Surigao City is the wettest city in the Philippines 222 annual rain days and 144" a year make Surigao a rain-blessed landscape. Since I first moved here in 2008, I have observed a nice little city with steady state of growth and constant improvement of their infrastructure which makes this city a place of opportunity for those wishing to start small businesses. Good schools and "Child Friendly status makes Surigao a great place to raise a family.
