Im interested to hear from anyone who has experience with alternative health insurance besides Blue Cross Philippines. Its not cost im trying to reduce, but confidence in my insurer that I want to increase. My family is healthy without chronic health problems. In fact id like a company to put us through comprehensive physicals so the pre existing condition bullshit excuse that BC uses wont bea factor.

I live in metro manila and St Lukes Taguig is the closest hospital to me if that matters.

Have you seen any doctors here you trust?  Maybe ask them if they have a recommendation, if not you could inquire at the hospital billing department I'd think they'd be able to at least give you some leads.

Expanded PRIME Plus Health Care Program

The
Expanded PRIME Plus Health Care Program was launched in August 2004 in
response to the need for a health care plan that will provide sufficient
health coverage and still limits your obligation to a five year paying
period. It is an adequate, value-for-money Health Care Program that
includes, among others, the following benefits and features:

Ø Protects you from any premium increases through a 5-year pay plan with a level premium for 5 years.

Ø
A yearly increase in the Maximum Amount of Coverage per Illness and
Maximum Daily Room Rate upon first installment for your medical
benefits.

Ø
You continue to enjoy the increasing Maximum Amount of Coverage per
Illness and Maximum Daily Room Rate for an additional period of 1 or 5
years after the paying period (without paying additional installment).

Ø Guarantees you the availability of a Expanded Benefit Limit for your medical benefits on the 7th or 11th year and onwards.

Ø
Build your Expanded Benefit Limit through a guaranteed 5% yearly
increment. However, if you do not avail of any of the Medical Expense
Benefits during the entire paying period, the Expanded Benefit Limit
increases by 8%.

Ø
You can charge the Medical Expense Benefits incurred by an immediate
family member to the Expanded Benefit Limit on the 7th or 11th year and
onwards.
