hi til,

in 2006 i changed my return ticket date and it cost me 36 usd, i went to ayala park, it's the building around the bend from starbucks coffee. cathay pacific has an office on the 11th floor if i remember correctly and the girls there were very nice to me.

hope this helps you.

Yes it helps. I'll just try to find out if i can do it directly at the airport.

My Girl said her Ex-BF said he paid 500$ for changing the return flight!

I am relieved now, seems to be much cheeper (wonder why he said that? Probably to have an excuse for beeing stingy the rest of the time :o )

I really want to stay longer than just one week like originally planned. I'll be living with her family on the extra days

Maybe he wasn't on Cathay Pacific. Different airlines have different rules. Or maybe they just saw him coming :o

I've taken Cathay Pacific to Cebu many time from Seattle and LAX through Hong Kong. It's a good way to go as the Hong Kong airport is one of the best for a layover and you don't have to go through Manila. HK Airport has several familiar restaurants, free internet stations, etc....A travel agent in Seattle had the best prices I could find so I've booked my tickets through him several times.....Manny @ Genesis Travel 206-325-5869.

Thanks. I'll give him a call when the time gets closer.
