My stash of Cialis I brought from Canada is getting low. Where can I buy some Cialis in Cebu? Do I need a prescription? I don't want to buy on the street.

Any pharmacy! Some will ask for scrip! But I stopped using it after 6 month of being here due to stress reduction!

Many of the local bars sell it relatively cheaply. Buy a sample and see what happens, if it's good to go, buy more.

Try Jokers Arms. I think they sell them. The pharmacies prices are too high. Sure they are probably the genuine article (even that's not guaranteed) but some of the knockoffs are just as effective and much cheaper.

Most of the knock offs are made in India. They contain less of the real ingredient than the drug store products, which is why they can sell it so much cheaper! The complete fakes are made in China.

Leylands, the foreign bar in Argao, definitely sells it.

The active ingredient in Cialis is tadalafil which is dirt cheap when bought in quantity. It actually wouldn't make enough difference in the price to even consider using less. I once priced out a kilo of sildenafil (Viagra ingredient) powder and the price came to $0.10 per 100mg dose. Of course in larger quantities the price is much cheaper, giving even less reason to underdose the products, that is if you want to continue selling them. Well known Indian brands like Kamagra are looking to stay in business for the long term. It would make no sense to underdose their products when there is such a huge profit margin already.

Bob, I have to disagree. The ingredients of ANY medications are ridiculously cheap. Example, simvastatin powder 1400USD per kilo. That is 1000gram, which is 1000 x 1000 = 1 million milligrams. Average dose 10-20 milligrams.

So 1 tablet comes at 0.028 dollars or about 3 cents.

The reason is the generics do not apply the huge profits that the original makers do, let alone "marketing costs" which is the money landing in doctors' and FDA pockets.

I for one take Indian generic sildenafil, it works even next day.. :shitstormretarded: Its not from the Cebu street vendors though.

What is that? Cialis generic or some Chinese miracle weed extract? How many milligrams in one pill?

well yes and no.

Im not an expert but I suspect that cialis is still under patent, which is why generics are sold "under the counter sort of".

The patent holder did have to go to all the expense of testing the drug to ensure it wasn't dangerous, and that isn't cheap.

Once they have the OK they then charge what the US market will pay, pretty much world wide to ensure there are no grey imports.

And remember, when you buy a western quality drug, you are more likely to get the active ingredient at stated dose and a lot more likely not to have unwanted impurities.

Nice cold evian and the water in your toilet are the exact same molecule. But I'm (and Im sure you too) are only going to drink the first.

Cialis in Canada costs the same as Viagra - $14 each.

Cialis in Angeles is 150 pesos for 4 . The box says 100 mg but it is not.

However I suggest you forget about both and buy Santi from your local Chinese medicine shop [ there seems to be one in every mall ]

Cost for a bottle of 9 varies from 100 to 140 pesos. Try just one Santi and you will never buy viagra or cialis again [ including the approved ones ]

Side affects: slight flushing in head [ top one] , and very hard and larger penis.

Not to dispute you. My very serious question is: Are you absolutely sure this is not one of the Chinese erection medicines laced with heavy metals such as mercury or lead which I have seen reports of?

Be careful.

About two years ago there was a high profile case against one of these Chinese medicines.

It was discovered that the active ingredient, but not disclosed on the list of ingredients, was sildenafil.

So it wasn't herbal at all.

Thanks for the info but its somewhat funny unless you worked decades with big pharma in senior positions. I did.

For Viagra, it was an accidental "invention", they run tests for a blood pressure drug and had no idea what it was capable of. Only when test patients reported unstoppable hard ons they decided on marketing it as erectile dysfunction drug. Meaning they spent zero $ to develop an ED drug. It just came down in the pipeline where they spend money anyways (minuscule fraction of the profits) to keep their R&D guys busy.

All the other ED drugs are the variants of that 1st molecule, which again is not a big deal to synthesize and produce.

The patent thing is a different story, one may think its simple, the patent expires in X years then generics may enter the market. This is where the patent lawyers come in the picture who create a ton of bullshit patents before the original expires, and based on those they delay generic entries, even if they lose at the court. They can always gain 1-2 years more. Which means you and me have to pay high price for longer.

The answer to that is what you can experience in 3rd world countries, they don't give a damn about patent expiry, they launch the molecule for their own market (backed by local laws). From there these medicines may enter any other market - maybe under the counter, who cares?

This does not mean they are any bad or lower active substance content in them.

Generics and counterfeit drugs are not to be mistaken for each other. Generics are produced in facilities with proper quality assurance. Counterfeits in backyards. So actually the problem in countries like the Phils is not with the generics but the "originals" sold on the street. They are most likely counterfeit fakes.

As for Evian, it has been marketed as mineral water, which is not. Its plain melted snow, surface water to be clear. Just try to read EVIAN backwards, then you see who are the believers in that product :littleangel:

I for one wont drink Evian, its not any better than the gallon water you buy in water station here.

As for toilet water, it depends. In Singapore that kind of water is processed and added back to the communal water, which is for people there to drink. They developed that technology when Malaysia played the water blackmail card on Singapore. I have certainly consumed some of that toilet water during my visits in Singapore. Still alive.

And happy with my generics, I never buy original since I became aware of the practices of big pharma and how they make profits (let alone how much profit they make).

My experience is that they will sell you just about anything without a script with the very definite exception of sleeping preparations.

Exactly, and the link provided by the OP clearly says it contains sildenafil (Viagra). I would bet that all of these so-called "herbal" Chinese ED medicines contain either sildenafil or tadalafil (Cialis). There is no known herbal remedy that can duplicate the effectiveness of these drugs.

I believe both Rose and Mercury will sell these without a scrip. You will pay a ridiculous price though, which is why I suggested trying some of the gray market stuff.

The product has been tested by the Canadian Federal Health Dept and the only warning they give is the one that I posted the link to - and the govt warning makes no mention of heavy metals- only that it contains sildenafil

But its the sildenafil that you want !!! They make a big deal out of the non disclosure of sildenafil because it can cause problems if you are taking any nitrates. [ its the same warning that comes with Viagra and Cialis]

The santi works great ! And at a cost of an average of 16 pesos each [ vs 575 pesos each for a prescribed viagra or cialis] to me its a no brainer.
