Cebu Rapidly Becoming Less Safe ?

Recommended Posts

Lord I can't immagine how badly a food stamp program would be abused here. It's very bad in the US. But it is truly unnerving to see a family of four sleeping on the sidewalk on cardboard. Occasionally, when they are sleeping, I will wad up a P50 note and toss it near the mother. Makes me feel a bit better and sice they are asleep, no hassles the next day.

I wonder how many of those P50 notes wander off while the mother is still asleep. Money on the street has no owner after all. I wonder if you had placed a meal there instead would it of been any safer.

Pancit just doen't toss as well. :) I'm not getting that close to place food there and be mistaken for doing them harm. The P50 pesos is always too close to steal without waking them. Unless the SML is too prevalent in my system!
