Phone Number for Bureau of Immigration in Mandaue

Recommended Posts

Headshot

Does anybody have a phone number for the Bureau of Immigration office in Mandaue City? We need to ask them a question, and I would prefer not to have to go there just to ask. I looked in the phone book, but I couldn't find a listing for them under in the "government" section. Anybody know their phone number?

Here is the link for Bureau of Immigration in the Philippines - at the top the page you will find a tab for Contact Us - when you click that, it will give you a listing of all the Office in Manila.

http://immigration.gov.ph/

At the bottom of that page you will find another link for Support Offices - you will find Office Information for every major Island Group in the Philippines

Perhaps someone can change the name of this Topic to Phone Numbers for Bureau of Immigration - leaving off Mandaue?

I can't find the BI Mandaue Office listed

Someone who visited BI Mandaue (or tried to) yesterday, told me today, that BI Mandaue had relocated to J Mall

Since 2nd Level J Centre Mall, A.S Fortuna St., Bakilid, Mandaue City, Cebu 6014 is Listed as CEBU IMMIGRATION DISTRICT OFFICE that does indeed seem it could well be the case.

Anyone else able to confirm this?

The last instruction I got when applying for my new ACR-I (JMall) was to txt 09434245060.  Last time I was there I noticed that number posted with "txt only!"  I don't know if they'd answer questions on anything else at that number but they might give you a landline to call for other info.

Greetings Sir!

You may apply for the payment at the airport at MIA in Cebu for the ECC-B.

The cost for the first time departure or the first issuance of the ECC-B/Re-entry Permit (RP) is Php 2880

while for the subsequent issuance or succeeding trips would be Php 2170.

Thank you.

Good day Mr. David,

please click on the page provided below for your information and guidance.

The direct line 032 505 4166 at Cebu Immigration District Office is working.

We are not sure why you cannot go through the line.

You really have to contact Cebu District to reassure you that your ACR I-card will be ready for release on the 26th.

Mr. Whittall, may we request you to send us again in our email account a follow up on your ACR I-card application.

We hope you could send it now and our staff will hand-carry this message to the concerned office.

This is to remind the concerned office of the need to expedite it in view of your forthcoming flight.

Thank you sir.

My TOURIST i-card expired like 10 days before I went to get a ECC. However there was no way to buy just a ACR at a satellite office and they made me get a 1 month extension that I didn't need just so I could order the i-card. It was ready in 1 week at least. Of course no one asked to see it on departure.

It took me half a year to get my last iCard. Getting it within a month would be nothing short of a miracle. Still waiting for the present one since last November.
