Starting at 12:01 a.m. on June 12, 2022, the CDC no longer requires air travelers to show a negative COVID-19 test result, or documentation of recovery from COVID-19, prior to boarding a flight to the United States. CDC’s order requiring proof of vaccination for non-U.S. citizen nonimmigrants to travel to the United States is still in effect. Actions to Take: Monitor the Philippine Department of Health website and the Embassy’s COVID-19 webpage for updated information about conditions in the Philippines. Check with your air carriers or travel representative prior to departure for the United States.
