Check out ShippingCart  (https://www.shippingcart.com/home). They  ship from U.S., South Korea, UK, and Australia to Philippines. I've used them for years shipping from the US and have had nothing but great service.

AusPost is sending to the Phils, https://auspost.com.au/   But this may be cheaper:   https://au.interparcel.com/quote/select-service

Australian post appear to be operating into the Philippines.

BUT the Philippines end is somewhat sketchy..Our post office(Consolacion) and delivery service stopped about 4 month's into  covide. HOWEVER  it surprised us that a scooter driver dropped off a letter from the UK (3 months late)....ha ha .. about 3 weeks ago.saying HE was FROM Compostela which I found strange...?

."Interparcel " Are operating as I've only last week emailed them About sending Credit cards....(which I might add they won't)......

Sorry not really an answer but I'd try INTERPARCEL....

For the Aussie if you haven't been in Australia for 15 years and you purchase items outside of Australia and had it shipped here do you still have to pay GST????? or are you exempt the payment as it was purchase outside of country and the item would never be imported to Australia

Here.... meaning Australia...?

Have a look at this site which appears to answer you question...??? Ive highlighted the paragraph in bold...

Bring personal items

You can bring most personal items like clothing, shoes and personal hygiene into Australia in your bags, free from duty and tax.

Personal goods are free from duty and tax if they are:

owned and used by you overseas for 12 months or more

imported temporarily

Personal goods are usually also duty or tax free if purchased:

Overseas

from an inwards duty free shop on arrival into Australia.
