Visayas - Region VI: Iloilo and Iloilo City; and Negros Oriental Mindanao - Region IX: Zamboanga del Sur, and Zamboanga del Norte; Cagayan de Oro City; Region XI: Davao City, Davao Oriental, Davao Occidental, Davao De Oro, Davao Del Sur, Davao Del Norte; and Region XIII (CARAGA): Butuan City, Dinagat Islands, Surigao Del Sur General Community Quarantine (GCQ) with some restrictions through July 15, 2021 NCR– Metro Manila, Rizal, and Bulacan General Community Quarantine (GCQ) with heightened restrictions through July 15, 2021 Cavite and Laguna General Community Quarantine (GCQ) through July 15, 2021 Luzon: Apayao General Community Quarantine (GCQ) through July 31, 2021 Luzon - Baguio City; Region II: Santiago City, Quirino, Isabela and Nueva Vizcaya; and Region IV-A: Batangas and Quezon Visayas - Region VI: Guimaras, Aklan, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Antique, Capiz Mindanao - Region IX: Zamboanga Sibugay, Zamboanga City; Iligan City; Region XII: Gen. Visayas - Region VII: Bohol, Cebu, Siquijor, Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu City, Mandaue City; and Region VIII: Biliran, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Eastern Samar, Northern Samar, Western Samar, and Ormoc City Mindanao - Region X: Bukidnon, Camiguin, Lanao del Norte, Misamis Occidental, and Misamis Oriental; North Cotabato; Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM): Basilan, Maguindanao, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi The above quarantine classifications are without prejudice to reclassification as may be warranted and the declaration of localized Enhanced Community Quarantine in critical areas. The Philippine government mandated all persons to wear full-coverage face shields together with face masks while in public places. Local governments continue to implement additional requirements to slow the virus’ spread.
