If I load my GCash from a credit card will I be charged by the CC company as a purchase or cash advance?

Probably considered the same since it comes from bank not  any of your accounts.

A cash advance on your credit card is an amount of cash borrowed against your credit limit. It's like withdrawing money from the ATM with your debit card, except the cash comes from your credit limit rather than your bank account balance. That means you have to pay it back with interest. Cash advance transactions can be performed by using your PIN at an ATM or by using a convenience check mailed by your credit card issuer.1

But the question is, does the CC company consider it a charge or a cash advance?

I don't think GCash takes foreign credit cards yet and I don't think there's much difference between a charge and a cash advance on local cards.  Either way, I think they start charging interest right away.  If you still aren't sure, do a small amount and see what happens.

The question is because cash advance is huge compared to a purchase
