Special reminders to our domestic passengers:

Please check with the local government offices of both your origin point and your final destination on travel requirements, such as mandated documents or health certifications. These requirements differ from province to province, and are revised and updated constantly in line with the anti-COVID-19 arrangements of each locality.

For more information, please see here.

MANILA (NAIA) Terminal Assignments

For June 2020, all our international flights from Manila will depart from NAIA Terminal 1. Arrivals will be at NAIA Terminal 2.

Departure and arrival of all domestic flights will be at NAIA Terminal 2.

Flying Safely in the ‘New Normal’

In compliance with international health and safety protocols, PAL is strictly implementing Fly Safe “new normal” practices to protect our passengers as they travel with us.

We wish to remind all passengers to bring your own face masks or facial coverings, as you are now required to wear face masks at all times – at the airport and also throughout your flight.

We also encourage you to check-in online and arrive early at the airport to allocate extra time for new safety procedures (thermal scanning, social distancing practices for queuing, etc.) – at least 3 hours prior to departure for domestic flights; and 4 hours prior to departure for international flights.

Our cabin crew would have undergone medical evaluation prior to their duty, and will be wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for your protection on board the flight. A modified meal and snack service will be offered on board, using sealed packaging instead of traditional meals.

Don’t worry about the cabin air --- all PAL aircraft are equipped with high-technology systems that continuously infuse fresh air across the cabin (cabin air is replaced every 2 to 3 minutes), as well as HEPA filters that trap viruses, bacteria and other contaminants with 99.9% efficiency. The onboard air creates a cleaner environment that is safer than most enclosed public spaces and comparable to hospital operating rooms.

GUIDELINES FOR AFFECTED PASSENGERS:

If your flight is cancelled, we wish to assure you that your current tickets are safe and remain valid. For details on your options, please see here: https://tinyurl.com/s9vp82n.

SPECIAL REMINDER TO CHECK ON UPDATES:

This is a developing situation, and thus it is quite possible that our plans and schedules may change, as we may be compelled to scale back on flights and routes based on evolving travel patterns and restrictions, or add flights if demand rebounds more strongly. Kindly check our website www.philippineairlines.com, or follow our social media accounts, so that you'll be updated the moment we release advisories on new developments.

OUR THANKS AND APPRECIATION

Thank you for your understanding and support. Your health and safety will always be our top concern, and we wish you safe travels.

For those of you who might be getting excited about flying based on this schedule. Be aware that there are only a very few of these listed flights still available on 29 & 30 June.

Yeah, I'm not sure why June 12th flights are still listed on the June 27th update.  I wasn't going to post it but some of the flights are listed as every Thursday or whatever.  One might assume that will continue into July.  Also, a lot of the normal local flights are listed as unavailable so it might save some time rather than trying to search flight schedules.

Their schedule keeps showing flights to Saudi for June, but international flights to and from the kingdom are still a no-go, with the exception of repatriation flights.

Yes and no. Here's the link from GMA on the matter. https://www.gmanetwork.com/news/pinoyabroad/news/744312/owwa-chief-remains-of-covid-19-ofw-deaths-in-ksa-to-be-repatriated/story/

Nobody wants to be buried here, especially Filipinos. How would family visit on the holidays? So I think that repatriating the dead from Saudi was probably a normal everyday occurrence on flights. But with no flights, the bodies have been stacking up, no pun intended.

There are alot of Filipinos here, according to Wiki, almost 1 million. That's a lot of natural deaths, and lets not forget auto accidents...think traffic like Cebu, but doing 60mph! The article says 107 died of Covid, 180 of other natural causes. I wonder how many of those 107 were frontliners, the hospitals here wouldn't function without their Filipino staff.

Sorry, got a little off topic!
