thank you jaybee,wow the only one i could book is quest hotel and they only had 4 rooms left. the others are fully booked!

What a racket! Cebu City hotels must be at their lowest occupancy rate in history. I'm sure there are many more properties trying desperately to get on that lucrative 'approved' list.

Some of those on the list aren't bad.  Parklane at p2600/night, meals and airport transport included.  Of course, I'm sure they're booked already.
