Greggy 37
Signal 3 now in Northern Cebu, heavy rain bands but calm again now. Unfortunately Ursula is scheduled to arrive at the same time as high tide so storm surge will be an issue

I don't think it has really effected Northern Negros much yet, as far as Southern Negros, so far it has remained overcast and almost dead calm, with just a few sprinkles overnight. Just in the last 15 minutes the trees have started to move a bit.

Jawny 4,617
The storm came in full force just about dusk, yesterday. By the middle of the night, the storm seemed to have passed. We slept through most of it. No damage nearby, but electricity is down since early yesterday evening. Going on 24 hours now. We were told the Ormoc city area had a lot of damage, so power is down until they are able to check conditions and power up again.

Jawny 4,617
We are now into the second day of brownout from the storm. The following was provided by the local electrical COOP... JUST IN: Baybay City is currently in total blackout. No timeframe was provided as to when the power supply will be restored. | via NGCP LEYECO IV ADVISORY: As of today, 6:15pm ang atong tibook Baybay area nakasinati ug power interruption. No advice yet from NGCP as to the status. We will post updates as soon as there is any. Daghang salamat. Rumors are spreading about an extended brownout period, many days, weeks?
Paddy 1,434
Tisoy - passed to the north of us - power out for 105 hours. Globe cellular networks out for 2 weeks (3 weeks for 3 and 4G) Ursula - passed to the south - power back within 12 hours (1 area of Masbate reporting 50 power poles down). Globe cellular networks back in about 8 to 9 hours. It was quite mild and peaceful up here at the bukid this afternoon but still a bit wild down at the beach (about 10 mins drive). Merry Christmas to you all.
