Go to the source. Go to MCWD yourself, in person. An hour invested may save you buko peso. Okay, I should have mentioned the construction of the deep well is paid by the developer. Also I heard it from different sources but I'll keep it in mind just in case. Thanks!

And has the developer committed to you that the water will be free? Will you own the well? Is it on land that you own? I agree with @RogerDuMond above.

Administrator +Salty Dog 69,037 Posted December 4, 2019 Administrator Share Posted December 4, 2019 Consider yourselves lucky when it comes to the price of water. My average water/sewage bill here in Florida is between P5,000 and P6,000 a month. Of course for every peso spent on water, I have to pay 2 additional peso for sewage. Several months ago I had a sprinkler malfunction by failing to turn off for 5-6 hours. My bill was P11,000…

Ours is 8, same as 15 years ago. However, I think the meter does not work or they do not know how to read it. Our bill has always been P35 per month, whether we have no water consumption at all or we have it running through leaky faucets and down the canal. Who am I to complain?
