Some of them I knew - simply from the number of times hearing them on radio - most I didn't - couldn't name one song of theirs although probably did enjoy it

Music is in the ear of the listener, same as painted art is in the eye of the beholder.

One person's listening ecstasy is another's noise

I hate Picasso's work  (would like to own one  just to sell it :tongue_01:) but he is a legend

If I say his work is garbage - to me it is

If I say someone's music is noise - to me it is

Its not only the rock legends checking out but a good portion of their fans

How many people left alive actually seen bands like the Beatles or Lynyrd Skynyrd or The monkees live in concert with the original band members
