Looking for new - used / foggy ones can find easy

Found new ones at Empress Auto Supply Leon Kilat st - near E-mall 5 K P for the pair

Also Auto Focus for lens detailing - 3 K - say use 5 step process - final one is UV coating  :scratch_head:

Turtle Wax kit P850 but reviews are only so so for longevity

If I can find the UV spray can do myself

Not sure what you are trying to do?

I just had the outer lens cleaned on my car with fine grit sand paper and they look new!

I’ve seen it sold in the US before, almost like a rubbing compound.

Has fine grit sand in it.

I read about toothpaste before and wonder if it actually works?

Did some research on restoring the lens - saw the various DIY vids and several by professional detailers

They should  have at least two coats on them - a sealer / physical protector and a UV protector - the yellowing  is caused by the UV rays

Can get them clear very easily with progressively finer sandpaper but without the sealer / protector and UV protector it won't be long before back to hazy / yellow

McGuire's is good. (Not sure of the spelling) They make a host of car maintenance products. They have a shop behind Seacom on Sergio Osmenea.

Meguiars is pretty good stuff - wasn't aware it was here.  Not as good as higher end like Zaino etc - but a good range at a more affordable price. Their tyre gel is great stuff - smells like bubble gum too :)

Is that a glass lens headlight or acrylic ? (looks like older glass type in the OP pic).  Different compounds to polish those.

If it is acrylic - you can usually get all the repair stuff in a kit (polish, sandpaper, protective coats) - did that in AU for convenience.  Lazada has repair kits and compounds.
