Gladly take the full 600mm if they can place it directly over angat dam.  We've been getting the typical afternoon showers/downpours for a month but the dam has just passed critical level, which is defined as "maybe it's time to let people know there may be a problem".

Well. 94W has been badly sheared and now been downgraded. The thing is the rain for Luzon. I'm seeing predictions of up to 13" now. Probably Tuesday-Thursday. It will be tricky to get just the right amount of precipitation without the resulting flooding and landslides. 

The track of this system is kinda irrelevant now. The rains will come from the enhanced habagat (the seasonal Southwestern monsoon). So, counter-intuitively, it's the west coast of Luzon (including obviously Manila) and not the east coast which will see the heavy downpours.
