Tuna and Mercury - Alternatives ?

Do you like sardines?  Very healthy, loaded with omega 3, they are too low on the food chain to accumulate mercury.

Who doesn't? The export-quality olive oil packed sardines from Zambo are just about the best thing you can eat in the Phillies.

GenSan is the tuna capital of PI. Biggest with bluefin/yellowfin, most go to Nihon for sushi/sashimi. Also biggest supplier of tuna to EU


Back home pregnant women are advised not to eat herring (sardin) just 'cause of mercury

Me eat tuna every day. But I am not pregnant :oldtimer:
