How To Remove Water When Digging Below Water Table

It might be fine for many more years or for peace of mind have a honey dipper come and pump the first chamber. When they open it you can get a good gauge of how long you can go before you need to call them again.

My septic 'system' is a outhouse type square hole dug about 6' deep and we made a 4 foot square 4" thick concrete slab with an 8mm rebar grid we flopped on top of it about 7 years ago.

In our first house here the ground was had some rather loose sand and made it difficult to dig a hole.The carpenters built the septic tank on the surface in stages and dug out the sand to sink it. It might be a approach to take.
