Any info on HSBC in Cebu City

Recommended Posts

Jim Sibbick

A friend just messaged me to say that he went to HSBC yesterday and said the HSBC signs are gone from the old location and he was directed around the corner.

I was there a few weeks ago and don't remember any signs announcing the move.

Any one have any info about the move?

Was there yesterday, it's on Samar Loop about 70 yards from old branch. When facing outside of old branch turn to right and walk back parallel to Ayala and then first road on left.

Thankyou every one.

It just seems odd to feel the need to move after all these years.

It is a pity they didn't move back to their previous location close to Fuente Osmena.  That was more convenient for me.

I'm just glad they decided to remain in Cebu.

Brand new building and even slightly more convenient to Ayala/ Rustans.  Ergo closer to those with money.

To old building and to high rent.

maybe they have less space in new building..  Never thought they needed such large premises.

In that photo they are to the right of BDO.. down at the corner by the guy in the red shirt...  on the ground color.

I liked parking at the old building.   Hope I still like parking in the new building.

There are crosswalks across Cardinal Rosales Avenue from Ayala Center Mall, so it is fairly accessible to anybody at Ayala anyway.

Does anybody know where the Premier parking is at the new location?

It appears there is parking behind their building...

That looks like the old building where the parking was behind and underneath the building.

There's a ramp in the back.  I only go on Sunday and park on the street under the "No parking anytime" sign.

Or on the main street directly in front - during rush hour - blocking right turn lane - like the 3 cars yesterday

No, I park next to the guard shack behind the white cab over truck in that pic. But in that pic is the down ramp to the old parking. Now use the up ramp in the new building just to the left.
