I don't care about wet, this is a business trip, not a vacation. All I am concerned about is are the boats going to run down here. They tend to shut the boats down when the ocean is perfectly flat here, if there is a small ripple on the water in Tacloban 300 km to the north.
Administrator +Dafey 15,183 Posted December 25, 2018 Administrator Share Posted December 25, 2018 It won't be 'Horrible' but yes...the ferries will likely cancel. Have a good backup plan. 1

Our backup plan is to wait it out, if we get there. We have at least two days work there. By then the storm will be past. But not looking very promising, at present.
BossHog 38,460
Should start seeing some weather by tomorrow (the 27th). Nothing drastic by any means but quite probably some boats will be stuck in port. Edited December 25, 2018 by BossHog

Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal #1 (TCWS#1) may be raised over the provinces in Eastern Visayas and northern Caraga tomorrow Wednesday (December 26) or Thursday (December 27) . However moderate to heavy rains associated with this Tropical Depression may begin affecting Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Surigao del Norte and Dinagat Islands by tomorrow evening (December 26) or Thursday morning (December 27). http://bagong.pagasa.dost.gov.ph/tropical-cyclone/severe-weather-bulletin Edited December 25, 2018 by BossHog 2
shadow 18,483
Not going, if we left today, we would not get there until tomorrow noon. Cutting it too fine, no desire to be stuck on Bohol. 1
