Recommended Posts

Just flew Cathay Pacific.

They have about 600+ movies available but I was impressed with the "Classic Western Movies" selection:

Mean Streets (Keitel & De Niro)

My Fair Lady (Hepburn & Harrison)

On The Waterfront (Brando & Cobb)

Raging Bull (De Niro &Pesci)

The Deer Hunter (De Niro & Walken)

Rocky (Stallone & Shire)

Some Like It Hot (Lemmon & Curtis)

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (Eastwood & Wallach)

The Graduate (Hoffman & Bancroft)

Breakfast at Tiffany's (Hepburn & Peppard)

Bullit (McQueen & Bisset)

Dr No (Connery & Andress)

Dr Strangelove (Sellers & Scott)

The Godfather Part II (De Niro & Pacino)

The Maltese Falcon (Bogart & Astor)

A Beautiful Mind (Crowe & Connelly)

Alien (Weaver & Skerritt)

Avatar (Worthington & Saldana)

Cast Away (Hanks & Hunt)

Ferris Bueller's Day Off (Broderick & Ruck)

Forrest Gump (Hanks & Field)

Goodfellas (Liotta & De Niro)

Girl, Interrupted (Ryder & Jolie)

Predator (Schwarzenegger & Weathers)

Stand By Me (Feldman & Phoenix

The Rocky Horror Picture Show (Sarandon & Curry)

The Truman Show (Carrey & Linney)

Shawshank Redemption (Robbins & Freeman)

Thelma & Louise (Sarandon & Davis)

Unforgiven (Eastwood & Freeman)

same with me last month.  caught a few movies and the food was quite good too.  very interesting omelette choice for breakfast and had a chicken dinner supper time.  can't beat that airline for service and thanks for hooking me up with the travel plans!

Its strange (well to me) i cant seem to get into the Airlines entertainment systems.
Even on some 14 hour flights.
I seem to flit around from channel to channel and always end up on the flight path. Ha..
Maybe I have A D D.
Anyway this list would probably keep me quiet.

Bullitt is my choice..

Always have been big Cathay Pacific fan..  partly for the service and food and entertainment..  but mostly for the direct flight HK to Toronto..  and the Asia Milles system, which gets me about 1 free flight out of 5 flights.  For my honeymoon I flew wife and I Cebu Pacific to Singapore for a week.. then Cathay Pacific (on points) to HK for a week.. then back to Cebu on Cathay Pacific (on points)..  all for the price of the Cebu Pacific ticket.  Used to get some pretty good seat upgrades for free..  but those days are past..  Still my favorite though for Cebu to Toronto.

Always like the movies..

My choice from that list would be Godfather2..  but wish I could watch Godfather1 first.  And would like to see Deerhunter on the list.
