Enuff 29,715 Posted August 11, 2018 4 years ago we purchased 4,000 sqm from wife's uncle. Been current on everything but never had it surveyed. Now we are getting it cleared and 4,000 sqm into the job uncle says that's only half of it. He said it might double, like 8,000, he can't recall as the alcohol and gambling have eaten away his memory. Need to get a proper survey to ensure we are clearing our land. RogerDat 3,472 Posted August 12, 2018 (edited) Wife used one near Tubigon, how close is that to you? I see it is close, will ask her when she wakes up. The name is Falcon, in Tubigon, ask around as it is a small place. Edited August 12, 2018 by RogerDat
to_dave007 4,126 Posted August 12, 2018 (edited) Is the property a Tax Declaration property? Wasn't aware they would normally get surveyed. Wife has a property in mountain barangay that I bought or her father.. size anywhere from 3 to 6 hectares depending when I ask. Wouldn't mind nailing it down better.. though not convinced it would be worthwhile. Edited August 12, 2018 by to_dave007
RogerDat 3,472 Posted August 12, 2018 (edited) To get a fencing permit, you need one in the city. Wife just had a 15 hector lot surveyed in Tubigon area that she is selling. Edited August 12, 2018 by RogerDat
