Stewed chicken thighs (quick recipe)

This is very simple recipe and it takes only 20 minutes to cook it.

Take several chichen thighs (the bigger they are, the better) and cut them into three pieces, then fry for about 5 minutes. Cut tomatoes (approximately same quantity, as chicken thighs) into big pieces and add to frying pan. Take 4-7 garlic clives, cut them into big parts and put to frying pan. Add spices (for me black pepper and thyme or italian spice mix are the best), steer this whole thing for 5-8 minutes more, and it is ready) Goes well with spaghetti or rice.

my wife does something similar but i will show her your recipe as she may like to try that too.  sure sounds good and i like the idea of having it over spaghetti.  :)

Some of my friends changed it a bit - stewed tomatoes and garlic, added there boiled spaghetti and stewed a bit more, and it was also good
