Just finished mixing this up, in the oven now.

  • Tablespoons butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • cup self-rising flour
  • cup milk
  • 21-ounce can Blueberry Fruit Filling or Topping

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt butter and pour into a 2.5-quart casserole or baking pan.
Mix sugar, flour and milk.  Pour mixture over butter but do not mix.
Pour the Blueberry Pie Filling on top but do not mix.

deviating from 1 cup self-rising flour is a violation of protocol we are under here!

I saw this recipe on the net but haven't tried it yet.

7-UP Cobbler bake

2 cans cherry pie filling
1 package yellow cake mix
1 can (12 ounce size) 7-up

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour the cherry pie filling in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the cake mix (dry) evenly over the top of the pie filling.
Slowly pour the 7-up over the cake mix.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

Did you bring the self rising flour from the states?

Homemade Self Rising Flour

3⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
1  teaspoon baking powder
1⁄4 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients and use in place of self rising flour.
