What is causing the RP peso to fall?

They can't seriously consider sending money to people who cannot even handle bank account... ? Bank transfer fee isn't high and only cost is government taking some documentary stamp thing for conversion. I recall it's somewhere between 1% to 0.1% or 0.05%.

Its not like the Government can't use the added cash flow to conduct more studies in how to improve traffic, infrastructure, air quality, life for the common people.

REALLY???? Do you think some of it might go to something useful? The corruption is so deep none of that money would help. Since when does a government, any government do any good with the money it extracts from its citizenry?
