I tried.  Too big a company to notice my puny request.  They will be filling in the area with subdivisions so I don't want to see it.

How tall can your wall be? 4m? 10m?

I've already designed the tar boiling cauldrons for the top. The slight concave bend of the wall allows arrow crossfire against the hoards.  They won't stand a chance.

I'm sure it would be more enjoyable to be spending all your time and money , building a swimming pool instead of a wall ... But the sad truth is reality , population growth in the Philippines is almost 2% a year , concrete Jungle .

I was thinking something like this...

Since the ground level inside the wall will be close to the top of the wall, he will be able to walk right into the turret.

That's cool. Just wondering why you needed a wall though; keeping people out or in?

Btw, lovely view. Bet you get some good breeze there.

People out, dirt in.  Imagine the lawn goes straight out to the top of the wall.

Have you calculated how much fill dirt you will need to make the yard flat?

Not something I want to think about now.  But the bigger the pool, the less fill.

Looks like a compound! :)

Wife wants me to build a house before the pool.  There will probably be a good bit of fill from building the house.  Then the topsoil get's scraped off and then the pool with perhaps some other structures built (septic, cistern) and then then fill around and replace the topsoil.

My logic is that after a hard day's work on the house it would be nice to have a pool to enjoy.
