Abaca Baking Company is NOW OPEN at TGU Tower, Cebu IT Park

This is great news :)

Was a big fan of the Abaca Baking Company in Crossroads near the IT Park. I love their waffles with banana, pecans, and whipped cream! Not to mention many of their lunch dishes... But never felt especially motivated to walk over there for breakfast. Now that they have a branch directly within the IT Park I'll pop in at least once a week.

Now I just have to get my client's project done so I can hurry back to Cebu :P

Enuff posted some food p*orn somewhere of it.
Essentially it is biscuits and gravy with an egg and potatoes.

I just had the exact same meal here in Florida at a small mom and pop breakfast place. They called it The Train Wreck. It was breakfast potatos, biscuits and eggs, all covered with gravy. It was damn good.

Is server the politically correct form of the English word waitress?

What are biscuits doing in a breakfast? They should be dunked in Tea.

I ate at red lizard restaraunt in IT park it's a Mexican restaraunt owned by abaca. I asked about MSG if they added it and they told me no. So anyone interested now knows. It's also an excellent Mexican restaraunt
