Wifi, next time i get out i check public wifi

all devices connected to your modem/router will have the same public ip

so if your current public ip is flagged for spamming or other dirty tricks

then you will see the same problem on all devices connected via

that modem/router

there is no real fix but some how getting another public ip

but you have no control over that

a couple of years ago I had this problem connecting to my main e-mail provider

no matter what I did I always had the same public ip

I call my provider and they unblocked my ip

my ip got blocked again and they would not unblock it

had to have globe come out do something

they did not understand why I always got the same ip  ?????

they finally  changed my wimax modem, then I had another public ip

I have not had that problem again since then

lucky me I guess

some routers support vpn directly. Especially those with D?-WRT open sourced firmware. Several routers also support replacement of official firmwares with it. I was unable to set it up with PIA though.

if you don't want vpn, opera mini / turbo mode is the easiest, free alternative. the browser connects to their private proxies and thus unblocked.

I have 2 dd-wrt routers

one is in denmark set up as a VPN server

the other one is here in ph setup as a client

the system worked in denmark

then I took the client with me here to the philippies

hmmm grrr #¤%&/   client will not connect to the server

when I use my win 10 laptop and my android phone set up to my VPN server it works on both
