Tullioz 3,148
How come there has never been casualties in any of those accidents, yet dozens of houses are burned to the ground? Luck of the draw. Sometimes there are, sometimes not. In 2014 there was a fire here in Davao that razed 2,200+ houses in under seven hours. Five houses were being consumed every minute or one every 12 seconds on average. 15,000 people escaped without injury or death. A few days ago a single house caught fire here and two people died.
