First time I ever made potato salad last weekend for the company picnic. I blended a Japanese receipe with my sister's recipe. 8 or 9 medium sized potatoes (cooked with skins on, then peeled and cubed into ½” squares 6 or 7 small sized dill pickles (diced) 15 green olives (with or without pimentos) – diced Mayonnaise (I use Japanese Kewpie) Stone ground mustard (2 tablespoons) 1 medium sized onion (minced) 8 mini-cucumbers sliced thinly Sweet peas (12 ounce can) 8 boiled eggs (diced) Garlic (1 tablespoon minced) Salt (1 teaspoon) Pepper (1 teaspoon) Shrimp (optional) dozen cut
