Grillers

My wife introduced me to a new (its been there six months) restaurant this last week. We had lunch, and there weren't many other customers in the place while we were there. It is named Grillers Steak House, and it is right at the top of AS Fortuna (across the street from Ford's Inn).

They specialize in steak, though they do other things as well.

We both had the beef tenderloin (choice), which comes with sides of mashed potatoes, gravy and mixed veggies (nothing canned here). I also tried the bacon and mushroom soup to start off. I had iced tea and my wife had a Pepsi to drink. Everything was yummy. I would like to try their wagyu skewers and their certified angus and USDA prime beef. I would guess that they are getting their meat from Belchris Meats

If they get their meat from Belchris Meats, then it is USDA certified. However, you could ask them if you would like to be sure. Just report back and let us know too. I was just happy to get real beef tenderloin. So often here, restaurants call a cut of round steak tenderloin, which it isn't.

Interesting, I thought most imported beef here was from NZ and AU.

You can also get USDA meat at S&R.

nice report bill.   i have passed by that place a few times and it's cool to know what they offer and that it's good.  as soon as we got a few extra pesos i'll take the wife there for a treat.
