Sun exposure

I am borderline albino and burn very easily.  I don't like to wear sunscreen as slopping petroleum based chemicals all over my skin to prevent cancer makes no sense.  I do use it on occasion when I have to be in the sun, but prefer to stay covered up and out of the sun.

The hole in the ozone layer is real and it is affecting peoples minds.   Wear your tin hats or suffer the consequences!

edit After posting I recalled that in the military, 1965 the Marine Corps would give me sunscreen that I believe they made so I looked up home made sunscreen,  none of the ones I read seem to be what the Corp gave me.  But for anyone interested there are lots of recipe's online. Never tried them but might be of some interest.

No more ozone hole my friend. Now scientists say it is a natural phenomena  that comes and goes.

That doesn't explain why my Celtic-Anglo skin burns at a different rate 38 or so degrees south, perhaps it's psychosomatic.
