Traditonal Italian Dish

Recommended Posts

jtmwatchbiz

here's a recipe for a traditional italian dish my mom shared with my wife recently.  it's called "Braciole" and is thinly sliced beef stuffed with parsley, basil, oregano, garlic and parmesan cheese, rolled up and tied with string.  following mom's instructions she first browned it in a pan, then finished cooking it in home made tomato sauce then served it with pasta.  reminds me of the traditional sunday afternoon dinners we had growing up and now our kid will have the same memories.  :)

@jtmwatchbiz I miss Janice's cooking.

I'll be back in Cebu in March or April.

Let's plan something where I can drink and Janice cooks.

Insufficient some big spoons of broccoli or kale would be much better.

I take my vegetables second hand. The cow, or goat, eats the vegetables and I eat the animal. Preparation is much simpler.
