The forum is now being served over SSL for secure connections. This change should go unnoticed but it is recommended that you do clear browser cache, history and cookies.

Why yes, after reviewing the forum's traffic map it was noted that we are seriously lacking Nigerian members. So anything you can do to help attract those members would be appreciated!

We wouldn't want you to withhold any thankfulness.

I will be sure and pass it along to our diligent support team.

You mean TLS (1.2) - SSL would not be safe..

(it is TLS , I tested it - I disabled TLS and enabled SSL - it will not connect - only TLS will work).

Why would you do that in a forum ???..... it is clear text once you post it!!!! Your information will be as safe as it is on FB. It only means that you have a secure (and encrypted) connection - so what you transmit is secure, but not what you post.

But I think it does not matter....

Thanks for the clarification. I'm not the techno guy. I just pay the bills and feed the hamsters that keep it running..

being neither tech savvy nor non-tech savvy, i will ask whether or not this would have anything to do with my sudden inability to access the website on my android tablet?  says something like "website not available".

so i haven't been able to read the website for the past week.  have i missed anything?
