... Finally a reality show I can really relate to! I plan on watching it tonight with my Filipina wife that came to California 7 years ago on a Fiance Visa.

The word just might get out that you can trade in your fat, nagging wife for a newer model.

I think ''Living in Cebu'' could become a reality show. It certainly has enough comedy and drama for one! LOL!!!

The comments are mostly about eastern Europeans.  Sad but true.

Controversy sells.

Outrageous appearance, behavior and lifestyle sells.

If this (show) is for real be ready to see the over the top crap.

How about a same sex "bride" w/a 90 day visa.... :killself:

In 1987 I brought my wife to the US on a fiancee Visa. It is actually very easy and simple. All you have to do is show you are financially capable of supporting a wife and have a stable place to live. Simple, filed the paperwork in April and she was there by November and we were married that December. This is the preferred method US Immigration wants citizens to use.

I believe many US citizens think that if they just come here and marry a girl that they can then somehow thwart this process as if they can fast-track getting their wives back to the States.... Nope, they in fact are then punished for doing this... They are then surprised that they are then facing a system determined to take very long periods of time processing paperwork and trying to restrict or even denying their wives entering the States. Most are simply held up by the fact their own personal incomes are not sufficient, by set standards by US Immigration, to show they have the in fact capacity to properly support a wife.

I watched the show last night. For whatever reason the Filipina was not on it but looks like she will be in the next episode. I read that she is from Ormac City.
