Just recently, i purchased a suzuki carry 12 valve-engine car. To date i find it working very well. I just wanted to know if there is available service manual of the said model. I think it would be very useful and of great help to owners like me if we can avail of the manual. I tried surfing the net for its availability but to my amazement there is none. Hope to get some feedback from you guys thru this forum. Thank you very much in advance!!!

Hi Botski, I tried tracking one down some months ago, the best I could find was this one.

http://cgi.ebay.com/...sspagenameZWDVW

If that link doesent work, go to ebay search under all categouries, Suzuki-Japanese-Kei-Mini-Truck, then scroll down that page and you''ll see the manual, It could be for the 550 and not the 660, you'll have tp research that yourself. in the end I didn't buy the Multi cab......... so didn't investigate the manual any further, let us know how you get on.

John

PS make sure when you find the web page that you scroll to the bottom, there are some examples of the manuals content.

I have a 12 valve 660cc "cateye" model. It would be nice to have a manual. In the past I often bought manuals for my cars. But at $100 I will have to pass on this one. That's 5% of the cost of my multicab. Mine runs great and I haven't had any problems except the air-con has needed work a few times. Check this website. They are selling the manuals for $24.95. The manuals are located in Japan and the site says "The Only Complete English version F6A Engine Manual availble. Translated from Suzuki Factory Manuals." They also state the publishers are Yokohama Motors. http://www.lulu.com/content/2381800

Thank you John! Just concern of the price you know!? Bit expensive. I just hope we have friends (members) who could provide (lend) one haha. Thanks again and more power.

Yeah, you're right Mike. Guess i have to pass on this one too though i really desired to have one. Does your carry's aircon working well? How much did you spend for it? Am planning to have one installed in the future. Thanks again Mike.

Try the manual for $24.95, sounds like a fair price. When the air-con is working properly it is strong enough to cool the multicab. I get about 31 mpg in city traffic. I paid around P100,000 from JRA Surplus on AS Fortuna. I got air-con installed instead of mag wheels, they were the same price. I think it was P10,000 two years ago. If you have Chinese inner tubes be sure you change those out. Within three months they will all blow out. The Chinese inner tubes will just split open on the seams.
