Looking for a concentrated course, mostly in non-local breads, prefer to learn about specialty breads commonly found in the West.

lemme ask my wife and get back to ya in a few minutes. i remember a couple of years ago her and her friends took a local course offered here in cebu and they enjoyed it very much

There is a load of good stuff on google i have used some of their on line chef demos to do some things. The biggest problem here is getting the grade flour needed. The All purpose stuff is just not up to standard. now if anyone knows where to source decent flour I would dearly love to know
