David it would be good if there could be some testimonials of people who have been helped by this organization that we could talk to..

I think this is a good Idea and i am interested too, you just never know when some vindictive moron will try something just to make your life difficult.

Do you personally know people that have been helped? .

MOG,

I do not personally know anyone FAC/Alfred Lehnert has helped out of a desperate situation. I am just glad I am not one of those people finding myself in such situation and needing such HELP.

I do believe ones own Embassy does little to help (other thanj perhaps make Quarterly visits to check on your health etc. The FAC have a much better track record of helping Foreigners get released, that have not committed any crime, nor any breach of Immigration Rules, yet have been arrested, detained, without trial or due process the legal rights or show reason why they are detained and going to be potentially deported, or in some cases imprisoned for 15 years.

Alfred Lehnert came to Cebu, this week, to check into the case of a fellow German, who seems to have been given a term of 12-15 years in Jail.

Here is the FAC Archive of News and Case History Report Articles:-

For those who have not seen the following YouTube Video's, I would suggest doing so as quite enlightening as to what could happen?
The FAC Philippines to go from strength to strength in the Justice field. We would like to point out that , we'll continue the daily struggle later. We don't do things by halves. The documentary, dubbed in German and English, was aired in over 200 countries, including the Philippines. In retrospect over the course of the following documentary report. Alfred Lehnert also told of his detainment and his work to improve life in the Philippines and OFW's, to the audience of EL-SHADDAI:-
Markham remarked how poorly the English was on the FAC website.

I replied saying it was probably better written than I could produce in say German, the native language of Civil Engineer, Alfred Lehnert, and his German Webmaster,
The Articles produced by FAC Technical Writer, Mr. Gonzales (Pilipino?), are just as bad.

They probably don't get paid for helping the FAC which seems to rely on Membership Fees and Donations.

I did not see Markham volunteering his services to correct and improve the English on the FAC website, so perhaps I will, but then Markham will no doubt still complain, as he has remarked on my lack of English correctness in terms of grammar and punctuation.

What will I get out of this some may be wondering?

HELP if I need it hopefully - but then I should get that anyway as being a paid Member of the FAC.

After meeting with Alfred Lehnert on Wednesday in Cebu, and talking with him for just 30 minutes, he suggested that I meet with another founder of our NGO, who integrates our FAC, who is Dean of LAW @ San Carlos University, Prof. Alex L. Monteclar. (The guy who went to The Supreme Court and got Alfred Lehnert relased from his 18 months illegal detainment).

Today Alfred sent me Text giving the Contact Phone Number of Prof. Alex L. Monteclar, so I can schedule a Meeting with him.

I want some legal advice and contacts - the keys to doors, so I can get some progress if at all possible. I lost funds investing in the Pre-Need Buy Back, of Celso G. De Los Angeles Jr's LCPI.

Also why this Court Case against Catherine L. Soronio (who filed bogus complaint with BI and tried to get me Deported) which was filed in May 2009, still no Notice of Hearing issued, let alone some progress with the Trail itself.

Also what to do when the CEO of a Company dies, leaving MOA Contracts, signed as the CEO, on behalf of the Company. Both the ROI payments stops (Account CLOSED on her death, as demanded by Law), and the requests for return of principal go ignored, by other Directors/Shareholders.

The FAC seems to now be promoting the Philippines as a haven for Retirement and Investment to Europeans, especially Germans. I suggested to Alfred, that the FAC might get more Members interested in Joining if they promoted access to fair and honest Lawyers, with proven track record of getting timely results, without 'ripping off' Foreigners. That is what I need right now than an Insurance Policy that might offer "Get Out of Jail Free Card" after a phone call to the FAC hotline.
