If Trump sees your wall photo you are going to be down on the border building one instead of in the Philippines

You know it really is a shame to purchase such a nice view only to be forced to block it with a wall as to protect your privacy and possessions. You have quite a project going there and I really like the design of your fencing. Good thread and I hope you keep it up and include as much information as possible as I see this being an interest to many a member both presently and in the future.

Looking at this wall I can only assume that you are expecting an invasion by the Mongol hordes !!

If you go back to the second picture you can see Bohol in the background.....Inabanga Bohol.

I'm always looking to improve processes and sometimes it works and others not.  One of my successes has been the steel column forms.  Another is, because of the size and complexity of the rebar structures for the buttressed columns, I came up with these racks that really help.

Usually they make one of these by building the vertical part laying on the ground, then make the mat and then attach the mat to the column.  Using these racks we integrate the column into the mat for added strength.

I tried.  Too big a company to notice my puny request.  They will be filling in the area with subdivisions so I don't want to see it.

How tall can your wall be? 4m? 10m?

With the buttresses you can go up to 6m.

I've already designed the tar boiling cauldrons for the top. The slight concave bend of the wall allows arrow crossfire against the hoards.  They won't stand a chance.

I'm sure it would be more enjoyable to be spending all your time and money , building a swimming pool instead of a wall ... But the sad truth is reality , population growth in the Philippines is almost 2% a year , concrete Jungle .
