Just called PNB in NY and was told they only exchange notes in the Philippines. Thank you for the idea though and thank you for the poster which showed all the notes I have are soon to be worthless unless perhaps I can just mail them to Cebu,

Sorry to hear that, I guess the other way would be if a member of a forum is going to the Philippines before June 30th and can buy them from you at a slight discount for the inconvenience, that way you do not end up losing it all or paying to ship them and risk loss along the way. I will not be going until next year, maybe someone who is planning on going can chime in. Good luck.

BTW, if all else fails, go to some local Asian stores and see if they might want to buy it at a discount or know someone heading over who would.

If I remember correctly, one of our members is heading to Subic Bay in a few days. Maybe he could take the money.

People in the USA might be able to contact PNB Banks and ask them, maybe they would do it for you.

PNB Guam won't do it either

If all else fails you can always contact that Nigerian Prince.  He seems to have all sorts of contacts to send money to.  And after June 30 th your Pesos and his money will have the same value.

Even the Nigerian Prince said NO WAY.

Have to send it on to Cebu. Question is safest and cheapest and consider our time deadline. Any thoughts anyone?
